Sizzler Fest at Ambassador Pallava

A Sizzler Fest is on from 18th July at Ambassador Pallava. The sizzlers are served for dinner, both for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Executive chef A Arun has brought out a variety of differently flavored sizzlers for all palates. On the vegetarian platter, there are vegetable Cordon Bleu, which is minced vegetable patties stuffed with mozzarella and Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms with Barbecue Sauce. There are varieties of non-vegetarian Continental sizzlers which include Grilled Cajun Prawn Piquante - prawns marinated with chili and Cajun spices served with sweet and sour sauce, Chicken Neptune Steak - chicken breasts stuffed with crab meat and served with sweet onion sauce and lot more. This fest is recommended for those who have palate for exotic food.
